Most orders are prepared and handed to our courier partners within the timeframe shown at checkout. Delivery times depend on your address and the courier’s schedule—typically a few business days within Sri Lanka. You’ll receive updates as your order moves along.
Same-day delivery may be available in limited areas and only when our team and courier capacity allow it. If offered, it will be clearly indicated at checkout or on the product page. Otherwise, your order will follow our standard delivery schedule.
Yes. Enter the recipient’s name, phone number, and delivery address at checkout. You can add a gift message where the checkout flow supports it, so the gift arrives thoughtfully addressed to them.
We support secure online card payments where enabled, as well as cash on delivery (COD) when available for your order. Available methods are shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
When the option is available in checkout, you can add a short personal message. We’ll include it with your order according to our packaging process. If you don’t see the field, contact us and we’ll do our best to help before dispatch.

Yes, when COD is available for your location and order type, you can pay the courier in cash on delivery. If COD isn’t offered at checkout, your order may require an online payment instead.
Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been packed or handed to the courier, we may be able to change the address, message, or cancel it. Once dispatch has started, changes may be limited and subject to our returns and refunds terms.
