Overview

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page applies when you place an order.

Use of the website

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with its security or availability. You must provide accurate checkout information (especially delivery address and contact numbers) so we can fulfil your order. We may suspend or refuse service where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or risk to our team or couriers.

Product information accuracy

We aim to describe products, images, and availability fairly. Minor variations can occur: colours may differ slightly on screens, and packaging or ribbons may be substituted with equivalents of similar quality when supply requires it. If a material change affects your order, we will contact you where practicable before dispatch.

Orders and payments

An order is an offer to purchase. We accept it when we confirm it (for example, by order confirmation email or screen message) and subject to stock and delivery feasibility.

• Online payments: charged according to the payment provider’s flow shown at checkout. Your bank or card issuer may show a pending charge before final settlement.
• Cash on delivery (COD): when offered, payment is due to the courier on delivery. If you refuse delivery without a valid reason under our returns policy, we may restrict future COD eligibility.

Pricing and availability

Prices and promotions are as shown on the site at checkout, except for clear error (for example, a typo where the price is obviously wrong). We may cancel or adjust an order if an item is unavailable; if payment was taken, we will refund the affected amount in line with our processes.

Delivery policy

Deliveries are handled through third-party couriers once your order leaves our studio. We pass accurate address and contact details to the courier; successful delivery also depends on someone being reachable at the number provided.

Delays: weather, holidays, remote areas, courier backlogs, or incorrect addresses can delay delivery. Dates we mention are estimates, not guaranteed unless we explicitly state otherwise for a specific service. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or events outside our reasonable control, but we will help you follow up where we can.

Returns and refunds

Many gift items are personalised, perishable, or hygiene-sensitive. For those products, all sales may be final once production or dispatch has started, except where the item arrives damaged, defective, or not as materially described.

If you believe you qualify for a return or partial refund, contact us promptly with your order reference and photos where relevant. We will review each case fairly. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method where possible, or as store credit if that is the only practical option. COD orders are refunded according to the same principles, minus any non-recoverable third-party fees where applicable.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Sri Lankan law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profits or missed occasions) arising from use of the site or delivery delays outside our control. Our total liability for any claim relating to a specific order is generally limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where the law does not allow such a cap (for example, in cases of death or injury caused by our negligence).

Changes to these terms

We may update this page to reflect changes to our service or legal requirements. Material changes will be posted here; continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms for new orders.
